What to include

So we can resolve your issue quickly, please include:

  • Whether you are on iOS or Android, and app version if known
  • The email address associated with your Parentlox account
  • Steps to reproduce the problem and any error messages
  • Screenshots if they help (avoid sharing children’s faces if possible)

Response times

We aim to acknowledge messages within one business day. Most issues receive a first substantive reply within two to three business days. Complex cases (account recovery, billing with the stores) may take longer; we will keep you updated.
