Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Parentlox websites, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by Parentlox(“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, downloading or using Parentlox, or clicking to accept these Terms, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter a contract in your jurisdiction to use Parentlox as a guardian. You are responsible for accurate registration information, safeguarding credentials, and activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@parentlox.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
License to use the Service
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Parentlox for personal, non-commercial family safety purposes. You may not reverse engineer, scrape, interfere with, or misuse the Service; attempt to access non-public areas; or use the Service in violation of law or third-party rights.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Parentlox to harass, stalk, or monitor any person without lawful authority and consent appropriate to your situation; to transmit malware; to spam; or to violate applicable privacy, child protection, or telecommunications laws. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
Not professional advice; no guarantee of safety
Parentlox provides software tools only. It is not medical, legal, or emergency services. Location and alerts may be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable. You remain responsible for supervision and judgment. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
Fees and subscriptions

Intellectual property

Termination
You may stop using Parentlox at any time. We may suspend or terminate the Service or your access for breach, risk, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the product, with notice where required. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination.
Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Parentlox WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR [AMOUNT]. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED.
Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Parentlox and its affiliates, officers, and employees against claims arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights, subject to applicable law.
Governing law and disputes
